Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in SW, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active licensure as LMSW or LMHC as applicable.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Experience with behavioral health documentation and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services.
• Assist patients with coping strategies, emotional support, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Connect patients with community resources and support services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.
