Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• New York State license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or social work (LMSW/LCSW) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations/intakes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients and review progress.
• Provide individual, group, family, and crisis interventions.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and community agencies.
• Link clients to embedded care coordination and related services.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and trainings.
• Maintain all required documentation.
