Job summary

The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health, part of the State of Oklahoma, seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional or Candidate to deliver behavioral health services for adults with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. You will assess, plan treatment, and lead therapy groups within a structured care model.

Open to licensed clinicians or candidates under supervision, with typical hours Monday–Friday and a salary from $66,000 to $71,000+ based on licensure, experience, and

Qualifications

• LBHP must hold or be in process for licensure with Oklahoma licensure boards
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field
• Active supervision under a licensed clinician if not yet licensed

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to adults with severe mental illness or substance use disorders
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver brief therapeutic interventions including crisis stabilization
• Lead psychotherapy groups as part of the structured model
