Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field with practicum hours.
• Post-master’s experience in professional counseling required.
• Licensure or eligibility for LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial interview to obtain case history and background information.
• Administers, scores and interprets standardized assessments.
• Develops treatment plans based on findings and interview results.
• Conducts individual, group and family therapy sessions.
• Prepares evaluation reports and participates in staff conferences.
• Collaborates with community agencies and schools as needed.
• May participate in crisis interventions and research programs.
