GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician participates as part of a multidisciplinary team in an integrated behavioral healthcare setting providing a recovery oriented system of care to persons with substance use, mental health disorders and chronic co-morbid health issues. This position plays an integral role in integrating services to successfully ensure that individuals across the health-care domains receive all services necessary to experience optimal physical and mental health. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician conducts screenings and assessments, provides evidenced individual, family, and group therapy, and individualized treatment planning that addresses integrated health care needs. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible to ensure that there is swift access to care, that performance outcomes are met, and that patients experience satisfaction with services (Triple AIM). The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician recognizes and respects the inherent rights of privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and respect of all persons. Coordinates and consults with other staff and service providers to support the best attainment of treatment goals and positive outcomes.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Social Work with a LCSW from New York State; three to five years’ work experience providing behavioral health treatment services preferably in a medical setting; Strong individual, and group therapy skills with clients who have substance use, mental health disorders, and co-morbid disorders. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills; Knowledge of recovery concepts, self-help groups, and community resources; Provides excellent customer service and demonstrates a high level of cultural competency; Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines; Working knowledge of computers and electronic health records.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in a community health care setting.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 annually
