Sinnissippi Centers is looking to hire a full-time Behavioral Health Clinician for our clinical office in Mt. Carroll. This position could work with all ages in completing clinical assessments, treatment planning, group, and individual services.

Objectives

• Provide individualized and group psychotherapy services to address a wide array of issues, including mental health, substance use, and trauma.
• Complete and maintain service documentation according to agency and regulatory standards.
• Use clinical judgment to diagnose, treat clients and make decisions within the range of program services, especially those requiring behavioral health and trauma treatment.

Requirements

• Master's degree and licensure (LCPC/LCSW) is preferred/Will consider bachelor's candidates with experience.
• Experience with behavioral health with all ages is beneficial.
• Training in trauma informed interventions preferred.

Salary: $51,405 - $53,975 (MHP/Bachelor's level); $59,116 - $62,071 (QMHP/Master's level)

We currently offer a hiring bonus for newly hired licensed clinicians or bilingual clinicians. This only applies to LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, and bilingual degreed clinician candidates.Bilingual ability relates to Spanish, and the candidate must be willing to use their bilingual ability. Candidates will receive $500 after they are hired and an additional $500 after their 6-month anniversary.
