Consulting Firm is seeking a Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality, ethical, and audit-ready behavioral health care across diverse settings in Michigan. The role supervises clinical staff, manages documentation and billing accuracy, and collaborates with stakeholders to meet program goals.

The candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop policies in line with Medicaid and CMH regulations, and ensure QA activities and chart reviews are conducted routinely.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and relevant licensure.
• 3–5+ years direct clinical services and 2+ years supervision/management in community settings.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Michigan (LMSW/LPC/LMFT/LP) required; supervisory credentials preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative behavioral health services across community, school-based, and telehealth settings.
• Recruit, onboard, supervise, and coach a multidisciplinary clinical team with accountability for compliance and quality.
• Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies and procedures aligned with Medicaid/CMH and payer requirements; ensure documentation quality and audits.
