Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Clinic Nurse to join the Psychiatry Clinic team in Missouri. You will provide compassionate nursing care in residential facilities and behavioral health settings, administering medications and performing assessments to support clients with addiction and mental health needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, with a strong focus on building relationships with clients and clinic staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to clients according to service line requirements.
• Perform nursing assessments including physical and mental health evaluations.
• Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately per standards.
• Review medications and collaborate on housing client medication management.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their medication needs and requests.
• Verify client data and medical history, ensuring preliminary requirements are obtained.
• Complete required documentation timely to support care and safety plans.
• Serve as a resource for nursing and medical issues, including infection control and hygiene.
• Participate in meetings and perform related duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
