Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a part-time or full-time Therapeutic Behavioral Services provider to support clients across ages in the Cleveland area. Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive program for productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher in a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Related experience with mental or behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Develop service planning for individualized supports and treatment plans.
• Offer linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services.
• Deliver services to individual clients or groups.
• Foster positive relationships with outside contacts.
