Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida independent license (LCSW or LMHC).
• Minimum of two years of clinical behavioral health experience; geriatrics/post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions for post-acute and long-term care residents.
• Deliver crisis assessment and intervention and manage risk.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy, social services, and other team members.
• Complete accurate documentation in the EHR per policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct staff education and provide facility staff guidance on mental health conditions.
