La Clinica de Familia provides adult mental health services across Southern New Mexico and seeks a non-exempt professional to support treatment planning and recovery services within our community clinics.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a human-service field, plus two years in behavioral health, and a valid New Mexico driver’s license. Weekend/evening hours and travel between sites are required. LCDF offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a human service related field and two years of behavioral health experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Valid NM driver’s license with automobile insurance and clean driving record.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle for employment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to adult clients and assist in developing, evaluating, and coordinating treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care teams, ensure confidential handling of client information, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
