Behavioral Health Case Manager - A Great Opportunity

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: $18-$21 based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
2. Develop service plans for individualized supports or coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and non-healthcare services, including the development of a treatment plan.
3. Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills, and crisis prevention services.
4. Deliver services to individual clients or groups of clients.
5. Promote positive and cooperative relationships with all outside contacts.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
