DESC's Crisis Solutions Center in Seattle provides stabilization services for clients in behavioral health crises. Case managers collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement detailed, client-centered care plans, facilitate counseling, and ensure services align with mental health, substance use, and primary care teams.
You will develop short-term care plans, assist with access to community resources, maintain complete records, and participate in trainings.

Approximately 3,000 people are actively receiving services from DESC at any given point in time. DESC operates five shelter/emergency housing programs,19 permanent supportive housing facilities with over 1,750 units, several hundred additional scattered site apartments, and a range of behavioral health services including outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment, residential crisis stabilization, street outreach, mobile crisis response, and treatment for opioid use disorder.
Crisis Solutions Center is a residential treatment facility that provides stabilization services to clients experiencing acute or ongoing behavioral health crises. Case managers work within a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement detailed, client-centered care and safety plans; facilitate group and individual counseling; and ensure services are fully integrated with mental health, substance use, and primary care teams. Case managers will also help develop and maintain a comprehensive list of community partners and client resources; participate in staff meetings and trainings; and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.

$39.08 - $43.15 per hour
