Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional for a full-time role. You will provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, collaborate with licensed clinicians, and assist with care planning and crisis prevention in a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position requires 18+ years, a relevant education or experience in mental/behavioral health, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus three+ years in related field or a Bachelor's/Master's in related field.
• Related experience or training with mental/behavioral health conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with individual needs.
• Service planning for individualized supports or care coordination and development of treatment plans.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

$18-$21 based on education and experience plus monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations
