Job description

$18-$21 based on education and experience plus a monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Develop service plans for individualized supports or act as a care coordinator for healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services, and treatment planning.
• Offer linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills, and crisis prevention services.
• Deliver services to individual clients or groups.
• Foster positive and cooperative relationships with all outside contacts.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
