Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a caregiver to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services in collaboration with a licensed clinician. The role includes planning individualized supports and coordinating care across healthcare and behavioral health services.

The position requires 18+ years old, HS diploma with 3+ years or BA/MA in a related field, and travel within the service area. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma plus 3+ years of relevant field experience or BA/MA in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

$18.20-$20.90 based on education and experience plus monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations
