Job summary

Day & Employment Services in Beachwood, OH seeks a compassionate professional to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services in collaboration with a licensed clinician. Work Monday through Friday 9am–5pm with some flexibility for evenings or earlier start times.

The role offers $18-$21 per hour, based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive for exceeding productivity expectations, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
