Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted California license/certification as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, RN, BCBA.
• 3+ years of direct clinical experience for LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/RN.
• 2+ years of direct BCBA experience.

Aufgaben

• Review behavioral health referrals, treatment plans, and authorization requests.
• Determine medical necessity and appropriate levels of care using clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate services between members, providers, community organizations, and internal teams.
• Prepare clinical documentation and member/provider communications.
• Identify quality-of-care concerns and potential fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medi-Cal, and regulatory standards.
