Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of direct patient care experience as a MHW in behavioral health or chemical dependency settings.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Avade training completed.

Responsibilities

• Collect and report information to supervising RN or Charge Nurse.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care tasks and documentation.
• Perform ADLs, take vital signs, and monitor patient observations/rounding.
• Observe safety risks throughout the unit.
