Acadia Healthcare in Henderson, NV is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to support patient safety and recovery in a structured, team-based setting. You will provide hands-on care under clinical leadership and help create a calm, therapeutic environment.

You will work with a compassionate, professional team to address patient needs, maintain safety, and contribute to a positive care experience while pursuing growth opportunities within a large behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of similar patient population experience preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
