Harboroaks is seeking a per diem Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team in Massachusetts. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support in a structured, team-based environment to help keep patients safe and support recovery.

Base pay ranges from $17 to $20.25 per hour, with additional weekend/weekday/evening/night differentials and generous benefits. The role offers consistent hours, meaningful work, and opportunities to grow within a leading behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Shift differentials are available for the following shifts, and will add the below hourly amounts to your base rate of pay:

Weekend: $1.25/hourWeekday Evening: $1.25/hourWeekend Evening: $2.50/hour

Overnight: $4/hour
