Job summary

Cove Prep is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Associate to provide direct care and supervision for residents in a structured, therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, documenting clinical information, facilitating educational-rehabilitative groups, and ensuring patient safety with regular interval checks. A high school diploma and some experience with the population are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience working with the specific population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and supervision of residents.
• Oversees residents in an effective and proper manner at all times.
• Monitor and interact with individuals or in groups to improve therapeutic interactions.
• Document timely, accurate clinical information in patient records.
• Provide a safe, structured environment and assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Engage residents in educational and rehabilitative groups covering social and coping skills.
