Mount Carmel Behavioral Health, a joint partnership between Acadia Healthcare, is an 80-bed hospital that provides acute inpatient and outpatient care for adult men and women, age 18 and above, who have been experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges. We also offer focused care for individuals whose primary psychiatric diagnosis is accompanied by co-occurring addiction. We are seeking a Quality and Risk Coordinator to join our fabulous team!
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
State Test Nursing Assistant License preferred.
CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
