Job summary

Acadia Healthcare's Fort Wayne location is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, and support recovery through compassionate, structured care.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, six months of relevant experience, and CPR and de-escalation or restraint certification (training provided on hire).

Qualifications

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
