You will engage clients in therapeutic activities, document vital signs, and assist with admissions, transfers, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and de-escalation training are required (training available on hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with the specific patient population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and a structured therapeutic environment.
• Perform safety checks and document observations.
• Interact with clients and encourage group participation and activities.
• Record vital signs and report changes to supervising staff.
• Assist with incident reports, discharge planning, and transport as needed.
