TrustPoint Hospital is hiring Behavioral Health Associates for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts include days (7am-7pm) and nights (7pm-7am).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months or more experience with the population served by the facility.
• CPR and de-escalation & restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient safety and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a positive, supportive environment for patients and staff.
• Document clinical information accurately in the patient record.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Engage patients in educational and rehabilitative activities.
