Job summary

Burkwood Treatment Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to work 7pm-7am with every other weekend, delivering hands-on care in a structured, supportive team setting. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

You will help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, support recovery, and grow professionally within a respected behavioral health network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation/restraint training required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
