Harboroaks seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to join our team, providing direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership and maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

You will work with a compassionate team to support recovery, demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach, and address patient needs promptly while prioritizing safety. Training is provided upon hire and growth is encouraged within a large network.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
