Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our team in Draper, UT. The role supports patient recovery with direct care in a structured, team-based setting and offers full-time and part-time Swing, Day, and Graveyard shifts.

You will work under clinical leadership to ensure safety and compassionate care, with opportunities for growth within one of the nation’s largest behavioral health networks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required per state/facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members.

We currently have full-time and part-time Swing (3pm-midnight), Day (6:30am-4pm), and Graveyard (midnight-9am) shifts available.
