Job summary

Acadia Healthcare in Calistoga, CA is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to support patient safety and recovery by providing direct care under clinical leadership in a structured, team-centered setting.

You will maintain a safe environment, demonstrate empathy and professionalism, address patient concerns promptly, and help respond to patient needs with safety as a top priority. A high school diploma and CPR/de-escalation training within 45 days are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
• RADT within 45 days of employement.
