Lehigh Center for Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing supervision, maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment, and support patients on their recovery journey with empathy and professionalism.

Day and Evening shifts are available. We offer predictable schedules, training, and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
