Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership and maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

In this role you will collaborate with a supportive clinical and nursing team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to patient safety and recovery with a compassionate, professional approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
