Job summary

Clive Behavioral Health in Iowa is seeking an Admissions Therapist/Social Worker to support patients’ biopsychosocial needs and help them access therapeutic services. You will assist with crisis intervention, short- and long-term family therapy, and discharge planning across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Requirements include a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a clinical field and state licensure as t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW, or LISW.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or clinical related field.
• Licensed in Iowa as t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to hold confidences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Current CPR and Mandatory Reporter for Adult/Child.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in meeting biopsychosocial needs and access therapeutic services.
• Provide crisis intervention and short/long-term family therapy.
• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with care teams.
