Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is a leading behavioral healthcare provider focused on addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and eating disorder treatment. We offer comprehensive services across psychiatry, addiction recovery, and related modalities, supporting patients at all stages of recovery to reclaim health and wellbeing.

The starting compensation for this role is $40,000/year; final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in a human services field preferred.
Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.
Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Train, coach, and supervise Needs Assessment Coordinators (NAC).
Screening and selection, orientation training and development, performance management.
Cultivate relationships with staff and referral partners; support NAC by taking calls during high volume times.
Coordinate with other departments; ensure bed management software accuracy and scheduling.
Hold coordinators accountable to defined standards; monitor documentation and calls.
Serve as subject matter expert for NAC duties; handle on-call work as delegated.
Deliver data in actionable format; drive continuous improvement of admissions team.
