Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, mental health or related field required.
• One or more years’ experience in mental/behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in clinical interviewing, assessment, and referral processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates intake, admission, and prior authorization process for incoming patients.
• Verifies insurance benefits and communicates findings to patients and staff.
• Provides coverage for call center duties during high volume.
• Performs ongoing assessments of patient status and coordinates care with physicians.
