Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a full-time sales/marketing professional in Ohio to support the Circle of Care approach across Hospice, Behavioral Health, Day & Employment, and Residential services.

The role focuses on engaging facilities and referral sources, presenting services, and building community relationships. Applicants should have healthcare marketing experience, strong communication and public speaking skills, and a positive, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales and marketing experience within healthcare preferred.
• Experience working with SNFs preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
• Present information about services to groups and individuals.
• Visit facilities, establish meetings, attend conferences/marketing events, distribute company literature and develop relationships in the community.
• Track referral data and outcomes.
• Track and follow up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
• Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.

Requirements for this position include:

• Experience Working In/with SNFs Preferred.
• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
• Strong communication and a comfort level with public speaking.
• Exceptional customer service.

• Positive, go-getter attitude.
• Day travel is required (approximately 25% statewide).
