Job summary

REM Community Services in Willmar, Minnesota, is seeking part-time caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. Wage is $22 per hour; a driver's license is required for all positions.

Shifts include evenings and weekends as listed; you'll help participants engage in activities and meet personal goals while building trusting relationships with the people we serve.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient and reliable
• Vehicle with proof of insurance required

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living
• Support individuals with developmental goals and community participation
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise and nutrition

Wage is $22 per hour. We have 2 part time positions open, this is a high behavior program and driver's license is required for all positions.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required

• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
