You'll collaborate with teachers, therapists and coaches to implement individualized plans, monitor progress, and support a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Patience, compassion, and a sense of humor are important.
• Team-first attitude with clear communication across diverse backgrounds.

Aufgaben

• Support students in classroom activities and educational programming.
• Model and teach classroom skills, manners, social skills, and safe expression of feelings.
• Redirect behavior with patience and therapeutic communication; maintain a safe classroom using non-violent crisis techniques.
• Follow each student's individualized treatment and intervention plan.
• Observe and document student behavior; share updates with the team.
