TriStar Skyline Medical Centers is seeking a behavioral and cognitive neurology specialist to join their core faculty in the GME neurology program in Nashville, Tennessee. The role emphasizes an outpatient focus and teaching responsibilities within a vibrant neuroscience group.

The candidate should be board-certified in adult neurology with fellowship/UCNS credentials in behavioral and cognitive neurology, and hold Tennessee licensure or be able to obtain it; a DEA with full prescriptive

Qualifications

• Board certified in adult neurology
• Fellowship trained and/or UCNS certified in behavioral and cognitive neurology
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Strong commitment to teaching and dementia management
• Design and supervise a cognitive/behavioral teaching clinic for neurology residents
• Anticipated 100% outpatient practice without hospital consultation or night call
• Option for 1:6 or 1:12 hospital weeks (with some night call)
• Option for APD position if qualified and interested (approximately 40 GME hours per month)
• Work with an affiliated faculty neuropsychologist in the region
• Clinical faculty appointment available through Belmont University Frist College of Medicine

Responsibilities

• Anticipated 100% outpatient practice.
• Option for 1:6 or 1:12 hospital weeks with some night call.
• Design and supervise a cognitive/behavioral teaching clinic for neurology residents.

• Design and supervise a cognitive/behavioral teaching clinic for neurology residents
