Point Quest Group is seeking a Floater Behavioral Aide to support students ages 5-22 with behavioral and learning needs across multiple school sites. This travel-based, full-time role follows a school schedule with approx. 6.5-hour shifts.
You will assist with IEPs/BIPs, provide instructional support, supervise students, and reinforce positive behaviors using ABA techniques while traveling up to 30+ miles one-way within the region.
