Job summary

Amergis in Washington State is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one support to an elementary student in an inclusive classroom. The role emphasizes academic, behavioral, and social success through positive reinforcement and collaboration with school staff.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and experience in pediatric or behavioral health settings. CPI/MAB certifications are a plus, and you must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric, behavioral health, caregiving, or with special needs is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• CPI, MAB, and other behavioral intervention certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills are required.
