Job Summary

Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking experienced ABA therapists/RBTs in the Robbinsville, NJ area for immediate hire. We provide home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services throughout New Jersey. We are looking for caring and professional ABA Technicians to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA and supervisors to implement ABA therapy principles and procedures
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions
  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities
  • Energetic individuals passionate about helping children and families
  • Minimum of six months experience working with children with Autism in ABA therapy
  • Drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization
  • Valid driver's license
  • RBT Certification preferred; courses offered at no cost
