Job summary

Tree of Knowledge Learning Academy is seeking a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and adaptive skills under the direction of a BCBA.

You will record daily progress data and maintain clear communication with team members. The role fosters independence, fast-paced work, and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, ABA, or special education.
• Pass a background check.
• RBT Certification within the first 90 days of employment (training provided).
• Reliable transportation to travel to case locations.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• -Must be able to handle behaviors such as aggression, tantrums, self-injurious behaviors, and potty training. This may include implementing crisis intervention practices at times (we will provide the appropriate training). This may include lifting and/or transporting children as need be

• -Pass a background check
• -RBT Certification (Registered Behavior Technician Certification) with the first 90 days of employment - we provide the appropriate training

• Must have a reliable means of transportation to travel to case locations.
