Job summary

Kyo Autism Therapy is seeking a Behavior Therapist to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will collect data, track progress, and partner with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Availability is weekday afternoons (3-7 pm). A high school diploma is required, and ongoing training, credentials, and licensure support are provided. Travel to multiple local locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a positive, enthusiastic setting.
• High school diploma and willingness to obtain RBT certification or state licensure.
• Weekday afternoon availability (3-7 pm).
• Reliable vehicle with in-state license and insurance; travel between locations ~45 minutes.
• Basic tech skills; smartphone and tablet usage; ability to navigate online platforms.
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test if applicable.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based ABA therapy to children at home, in school, and in the community.
• Collect data to track progress and collaborate with caregivers and clinical team.
