Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to serve children with developmental disorders in homes across Essex County, NJ. You will provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA supervision and support families with strategies to promote consistency.
Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of experience with special needs children (2–21) and are or will be enrolled in psychology, healthcare, or related programs.

We currently offer our services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, California (within in the greater Los Angeles and San Francisco areas), Florida, and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. We specialize in conducting initial evaluations and providing ongoing services in home, community and clinic settings. Compensation is determined based on experience and education, and will be discussed during the interview process.
