You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD, develop and implement treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with ASD.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based ABA practices, in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Implement and maintain effective behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies, including functional communication training and social skills training.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and individualized care for each client.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
