Soar Autism Center in Parker, CO is seeking a Behavior Therapist/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to young children and support families. You will work under Masters-level clinicians and help implement ABA plans based on ESDM.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential.
• Must meet physical requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel, run short distances as needed.
• Excellent computer/tablet literacy and ability to work on a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Masters-level clinicians, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
• Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, is required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification)
• Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
• Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
• Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
