Overview:
A Behavior Therapist works directly with individuals who have developmental, behavioral, or mental health challenges, applying evidence-based strategies, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to improve socially significant behaviors. The therapist collaborates with a team of professionals, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to help clients develop skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve their quality of life.
