Position Overview

Behavior Technician (BT) – Snohomish.

At Magnolia Behavior Therapy, we are dedicated autism experts committed to empowering children to reach their fullest potential. This is an entry‑level position, and no prior experience is required. We will train you! Location: Snohomish. Positions Available: Both Full‑Time and Part‑Time.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy to children with autism in our Snohomish Treatment Center.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Growth Opportunities
  • Potential for advancement after just 6 months with an RBT certification.
  • Opportunity to enter our Supervised Fieldwork program to become a LaBA, BCaBA, or BCBA after 6 months.
