Job summary

Magnolia Behavior Therapy is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician (BT) to support home-based ABA therapy for children with autism in Kitsap. No prior experience required; we provide training to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT).

We offer a flexible schedule, a collaborative team, and growth opportunities including RBT certification after six months. This is an ideal entry point for a compassionate person dedicated to helping children progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college hours preferred.
• Experience in childcare, education, or child-related fields is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based ABA Therapy to children with autism in the Kitsap area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on the child’s progress and behavior.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
